Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of MyGymFlex, including the mobile app, the web operations panel, and the MyGymFlex API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

MyGymFlex is a gym planning and tracking platform. Members can follow plans, run Gym Day sessions, and view history. Gym owners and trainers can register or join a gymnasium, manage instruments and exercises, assign plans, and review activity. Platform administrators may approve gyms, ownership claims, and related requests. The service includes an AI assistant for gym setup, plan drafting, and coaching suggestions. The service may change as we add or retire features.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is inaccurate, abusive, or used to disrupt the service.

3. Roles and gymnasiums

When you join or register a gymnasium you do so as an owner, trainer, or gym user. Owners are responsible for the gym profile, instruments, memberships, and the plans they publish. Trainers must only assign plans and content they are authorized to share. Gym users follow the plans and attendance rules of the gymnasium they joined. A gymnasium may remain pending until a platform administrator reviews it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse MyGymFlex, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the API, impersonate others, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the product to harass members of a gym. Inventory photos and training notes must be content you have the right to use.

5. Health and training disclaimer

MyGymFlex helps you organize gym work. It is not medical advice, personal training in person, or a guarantee of results. You are responsible for training safely and for checking with a qualified professional if you have an injury or health condition. Gyms remain responsible for what happens on their floor.

6. AI features

MyGymFlex includes AI-assisted gym setup, plan drafting, and coaching suggestions in the mobile app and operations panel. AI may identify instruments from photos, suggest gym items, propose stock exercise images, generate workout plan drafts, and offer coaching tips based on your progress. Gym-scoped features use that gymnasium’s instruments and items; solo training may use the global exercise catalog. AI never saves automatically — you must review and confirm every suggestion before it is stored. AI output is a suggestion only. It is not medical advice, a substitute for a trainer, or a guarantee of results. AI use may be subject to daily quotas.

7. Plans, content, and data

You retain rights in content you create, such as custom plans or gym instrument photos. You grant MyGymFlex a licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the service for you and for members of your gymnasium. Do not upload content you cannot share.

8. App stores and the panel

Mobile apps, when published, are also subject to Apple App Store and Google Play terms. The panel is for authorized operators. Login on this website sends you to the panel; it does not create extra rights beyond your existing account role.

9. Availability

We aim to keep MyGymFlex available but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Features, including mobile store listings, may be marked coming soon until they are released.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyGymFlex is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, gym business interruption, or training outcomes. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or zero if the service was provided without a fee.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
